Good friend and resident Brooklyn Kitchen Butcher Tom Mylan was interviewed by The Strong Buzz on Friday. You may recognize Tom from the Pig butchering demos we’ve been holding on Tuesday nights for the past month. Unfortunately the two remaining classes are already sold out, but we will be adding more soon. (Look out for them in Mid-May).
