This one is great for thanksgiving to add a little spice to the table.
or just a great dip for tortilla chips.
adjust the peppers to your liking, but remember that the heat can increase as the salsa sits.

Cranberry Salsa
from Matt Norwood

1 package cranberries
juice of 2 limes
2/3 cup sugar
½ cup cilantro
2 jalapenos, diced and seeded
4 green onions

Blend together in blender or food processor to desired consistency.
Let stand in refrigerator for a few hours.
