This time we’ll be reading Little House In The Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder. Yes, of Little House On The Prairie fame!
This might seem like a strange choice for a Foodie Book Club, but let me assure you this book is packed with food. The life of a homesteader is all about food. Growing it, raising it, harvesting it, preserving it. This is a quick read and as a bonus each book comes with a necklace charm, a fiddle, just like Pa used to play.
